Inspiration for Breaking Through Individual & Organizational Inertia

In perusing Twitter the other day one of those I’m following posted the quote below in one of his Tweets.

For those of my subscribers that sometimes are challenged with personal procrastination, are stuck in a state of company inertia or continue to choose to tolerate employees and teammates who procrastinate on tasks and projects on the job, I tound this quote to be quite pertinent.

So, I’m keeping this post short and sweet, as a reminder that –

“Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.” – James A. Baldwin

The tweet was posted by Steve Keating, who’s Twitter handle is Twitter.com/LeadToday. Thank, Steve, keep the inspirations coming

So, with that thought in mind it is time to focus on the following three questions:

  1. What are you not doing that you should be doing?
  2. What are you doing that you must stop doing?
  3. What is something you are committed to start doing in response to question #1 above?

Get started.
