Your Championship Team
Going To Bat For You And Your Organization
Skip Weisman, Championship Small Business Communication Coach
Since October, 2001 Skip has been working with the owners and C-Level executives of small-to-medium sized companies and not-for-profit agencies to improve their ability to lead their organizations.
Skip’s work focuses on helping organizational leaders improve leadership communication and interpersonal communication throughout their work environments in a way that transforms teamwork, employee engagement, employee morale and motivation to generate high-performance “championship” caliber results.
Anne Saylor, Director of Office Operations
Anne’s main responsibilities are to keep the office functioning while keeping Skip focused on the details of the business. Anne helps with the financial aspects of the business including tracking of expense receipts for all of Skip’s speaking and client travel, managing billing and payables as well keeping the office presentable and comfortable to work in.
It was her idea at the end of 2014 for Skip to make the biggest office furniture investment he’s ever made, to buy a treadmill desk for him to stay in better shape while writing and coaching clients on the phone.
Lynx Weisman, Director of Stress Reduction
Lynx, is a Himalayan cat, who joined the team in 2010 from an animal shelter in New Jersey after being rejected by two families in the first year of his life because of his “assertive, type A” personality. Skip thought Lynx had the perfect demeanor to help maintain motivation, focus and relaxing while working from home. Lynx spends about half the workday in the office when Skip is working from home and spends the rest of the workday anywhere he decides is better than the office.
