Conscious Communicator Power Word #32 – INFLUENCE (< 100 words)

This week’s Power Word needs the last week’s Power Word, TRUST, for it to work…INFLUENCE!

Leaders INFLUENCE whether they want to, or not. It’s inherent in their position.

Sometimes INFLUENCE is exerted by the individual, sometimes it manifests from the authority inherent in the position.

Leaders need to carefully manage their INFLUENCE. They always have two options, they can exert their positional INFLUENCE, or their relationship INFLUENCE.

For relationship INFLUENCE a leader needs this week’s first Power Word, TRUST. Position power just needs the authority and intimidation the position carries. It’s your choice as a leader, use it wisely.

‘Til next time, make it a great week!
