Conscious Communicator Power Word #34 – HUMILITY (< 100 words)

This week’s 2nd Power Word is often not viewed as a word of power in leadership…HUMILITY!

Yet, HUMILITY, or the lack of it, is holding back organizations from higher levels of success.

This is because it takes HUMILITY to grow and get better.

Leaders often complain that team members resist ‘constructive criticism.’ This is often because organizational leaders lack the HUMILITY to be open to it themselves.

HUMILITY in the right doses helps people and organizations grow by being open to looking within for ways to get even better.

HUMILITY is truly a Power Word!

‘Til next time, make it a great week!
