Concscious Communicator Power Word #53 – COURAGE

The Power Word Series this week steps up with…COURAGE!

There may be no more important Power Word when it comes leadership than COURAGE.

It takes COURAGE to lead effectively. It takes COURAGE to make decisions, to take necessary action, to communicate and to step up to the challenges of leadership.

Remember, COURAGE does not mean that the leader does not experience fear, they do. COURAGE means the leader takes action in spite of the fear.

What fear is holding you back and how much COURAGE can you muster to step up?

’til next time, make it a great week!

Thanks Skip for the constant power words as a reminder to us all. DELEGATION needs courage to empower and steward others to be your boss! Everyone has different skill sets and potentials in us, it is up to Leaders and associates to identify developmental needs and to help them help us bring the best in them. The chain of delegation has to be effective through continuous learning and development.

    Shirley,
Thanks so much for adding value to the conversation on delegation and courage. I’m pleased you are finding value in my Power Word Series. Thanks for reinforcing the strategies I’ve suggested, your points are all valid and need to be taken into account when delegating.

Please come back again and contribute to the discussions here.
